Nominees: http://www.casa.org/cara2016n Winners: http://www.casa.org/cara2016w At long last, the compilation album that's all about inter-personal/group collaboration has arrived! Delighted to have worked on several tracks. "The World Is Ours" is a very special collaboration featuring all (then) 7 of the University of Chicago a cappella groups. I tracked/edited it, and it was one of my very first mixes ever way back in the fall of 2014 - such a fun project. I'm also a vocalist on "Mary Brown" (with duet buddy Johnny DelToro!) and "Maps," and am belting somewhere on Voices in Your Head's "Bad Moon Rising" featuring Avi Kaplan.

iTunes | Spotify | Loudr | Amazon Today we're celebrating the release of Toast to Five, Chicago-based InVox's first studio album! Standing in a circle at the end of our recording week, talking about what everyone had just been through together and how much we'd all learned about each other, I knew this was a family to cherish, and their music reflects that. If you're in Chicago, go check out their album release concert tonight at Bar63!
Special shout-outs to Men in Drag alum and the most organized person I know, Emilee Lales, and music director/arranger extraordinaire, Caleb Faille, for their impressive coordination, hard work, and creative choices! SO much fun to reunite with my college group, Voices in Your Head, on this track, featuring the one and only Shubha Vedula! (And if you haven't seen them do it live, check out their video below - the choreography is nuuuuts.) Can't wait to get moving with the rest of their upcoming album in 2016!

FReestyle has become a staple of my summer, something I wholeheartedly look forward to every year. These students are passionate about music, curious and interested in a cappella, hard-working, and dedicated to making meaningful art.
Last year, we released the collaboration from summer 2014, "All of Me." This year, we bring you "Stompa". Recorded by Binski, arranged/edited/mixed by Bri Holland, mastered by Dave Sperandio of Vocal Mastering. Featuring Taylor Shaw, Jessica Sammarone, and Anissa Park on leads, and all of FReestyle 2015 on the backs. I'm so proud of these students and what they achieve every year. And another special shoutout to all the talented students at Kettering Fairmont High School - it was a privilege to record Eleventh Hour and Fusion on their respective tracks, "Done" and "Born This Way," back in the spring. #earcandyoverload It's been a year since I did my part on this album, but damn was it worth the wait. Check out The University of California San Diego Tritones' new album, Out of Control. I edited Rather Be (and that soloist still has my whole heart), Pumped Up Kicks, Carry On, and The A Team. I first got to work with Washington University's After Dark at a festival over a year ago. We dove intimately into their music during a 2-hour masterclass, and I was smitten. They were indie, they were rock, they were punk, and they were honest, and I had to have more!
Binski and I took a long road trip to St. Louis this spring to simultaneously record and edit these tracks. Between us, music director Katherine Bodor, manager Katie Sullivan, and every other member of the group, we crafted Solstice into what it is. There's a lot of passion and a lot of attitude in this album, and I'm thrilled to have helped capture what After Dark is all about. Recorded/mixed by Bri Holland. Edited by Ted Trembinski of Binski. Mastered by Dave Sperandio of Vocal Mastering. After Dark: website | Facebook | Twitter | YouTube | Instagram Solstice: Spotify | cdbaby |
